hugh gilmore: Philadelphia, PA, United States; The biggest news in my writing life currently is that my new novel, "Last Night on the Gorilla Tour," is finally available. While all my books are lively and have well-paced scenes, the real action takes place in the hearts and minds of the characters. Most of them are people who crawled into my book when I turned my head for a minute. They then proceeded to raise hell in every way they could. The "normal" people in my books have all they can do to handle these odd folks. Problems get resolved in the end, but not always to everyone's satisfaction. I don't write fantasies.
